Texture wanted to drive new subscribers more efficiently than they had seen in past TV campaigns. At the same time, they needed to balance the brand requirements of a consortium of publishers. Rain the Growth Agency, through its Transactional Brand Building approach, identified culturally curious magazine lovers as the ideal target audience, and demonstrated an immersive, tech-enabled magazine experience to entice viewers.

Results improved by more than 3x, the magazine publishers gave the campaign rave reviews, and Texture grew in popularity, leading to its eventual acquisition by Apple.
