Alex Marshall has served as the Vice President of Growth since 2024, ensuring clients have access to Rain the Growth Agency’s full suite of services, solutions and talent.​ From the early 2000s, he has spent the last two decades developing outcomes-based solutions for clients. From living in London, Singapore, South Korea, New York and now Chicago, he has had the privilege of working for some of the world’s most prominent as well as progressive brands, including Barclays, Telefonica and Aviva in EMEA, Mastercard, adidas and Marriot Hotels in APAC, and P&G, Estee Lauder, Goldman Sachs and Diageo in North America to name but a few. During this time, he worked across varied positions from Executive Client Leadership, Digital Transformation and most recently overseeing growth for multiple regions globally. He previously held the position of Managing Director at Mindshare North America, responsible for their approach to marketing and growth across both a local and global footprint. Has has also held positions at Dentsu Aegis as Vice President in the U.S., General Manager, South Korea and APAC Digital Lead in Singapore. ​
